This Return Policy explains the conditions and process for returning eligible products purchased from Handbag Heaven through handbagheaven.store
All amounts referenced in this policy are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
A return may be requested if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong product or variant
- You changed your mind
- The item remains within the 30-day return period and meets the conditions below
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include any original packaging and accessories supplied with the product
- Show no damage, staining, alteration, or wear caused after delivery
- Include proof of purchase or a valid Handbag Heaven order number
For bags and wallets, returned items should not show signs of use, stretching, staining, scratches, alteration, or other customer-caused damage.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Requesting a Return
Before sending an item back, contact us at support@handbagheaven.store to request return authorization.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos where relevant
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
Do not send a return to our business address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging where relevant
- A brief description of the issue
If the return is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Handbag Heaven will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind and the product otherwise meets our return conditions, you may request a return within the 30-day return period.
For change-of-mind returns:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.

Exchanges
Handbag Heaven does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product or variant, you may return an eligible item according to this policy and place a separate order for the preferred item.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or worn
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products that have been altered or modified
- Items returned without required packaging or included accessories
- Items with stains, scratches, or other signs of customer use
- Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period
- Gift cards, if offered
Returning Your Item
Please follow the return instructions provided after your request is approved.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking when you are responsible for sending the return. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been completed.
Refund After Return
Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, any approved refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
